The natural movement of spring energy is expanding, growing to reactivate the new cycle.
To support the explosion of the new energy, this seminar will use fluid but dynamic and explosive-moving physical activity with breathing to activate your vitality.
Mind work will help you focus it and set it in motion towards the right direction.
The tools we use in our school to do this are:
- Shen Gong (mind work) promotes stillness, peacefulness and tranquillity by observing how our mind functions. This is the precursor to meditation.
- Wai Gong (body work) : Working on the balance and grounding with a variation of physical qi gong exercise.
These practices are performed seated on a chair, standing and stepping.
This seminar is open to beginners and experienced practitioners.
Attire is to be comfortable and non constricting to facilitate relaxed movement.
